On the 27th of June 2025 NordREG received a report concerning Flow-Based implementation and ID ATCE from the Nordic TSOs. On September 26 2025 NordREG jointly sent a letter to the Nordic TSOs in response to the report.
In the letter, the Nordic regulatory authorities emphasize that the current situation with significantly reduced intraday capacity and the critical situation in the balancing market requires further attention from the TSOs.
